Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hermi, an AI front-desk service provided by Organic AI Business Solutions ("Organic AI," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Hermi answers phone calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and logs results on behalf of your business using AI. Our website also offers a voice assistant that can answer questions about Hermi; those conversations may be transcribed, summarized, and remembered for returning visitors as described in our Privacy Policy. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You're responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Your responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws, including call-recording and consent laws in the jurisdictions where your callers are located.
• Provide accurate business information and keep your booking calendar current.
• Obtain any consents needed before Hermi handles a caller's information.
• Do not use Hermi for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or high-risk emergency services.

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Pilots may be offered at a reduced or promotional rate. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage above plan limits may incur additional charges disclosed in advance.

5. AI disclaimer

Hermi is an automated assistant. It can make mistakes and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outcomes (bookings, messages, lead data) and for any decisions made based on them.

6. Availability

We work to keep Hermi available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organic AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or missed opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the service or others.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Organic AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
